  4.  Back & Shoulder Strength: Weighted exercises to prep for carrying a backpack ️ 
  5. Breathing & Acclimatization: Altitude training masks & controlled breathing techniques 
  6.  Flexibility & Recovery: Yoga & stretching to prevent stiffness 
  7. Gear Practice: Break in your boots & backpack on hikes
